JOB DESCRIPTION

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
- Manage and complete the Spray-Net sales process which includes:
- The customer consultation
- Using our software to quote the job
- Follow up with customers
- Collect job deposits
- Assist in color selection (yes we’ll train you and give you the tools to do so!)
- After-sales support as needed with your customers
- Relationship building and maintenance
- Participation in home shows
- Mentor and coach new team members
- Promote positive brand image
- Play your part in blowing the customers’ mind! (really they are very impressed with our service and it’s the best part of our job)
- Sport our sweet swag and look like a pro!
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Languages: English
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Complete our online and on-site training program
- Valid driver’s license
- Independent & self-motivated
- Strong time management & communication skills
- Flexible working hours
- A people person!
